If you have a complaint, we would normally try to resolve this informally at first, through a discussion between you and the lawyer dealing with your matter.
If you remain unhappy with the outcome you can raise a formal complaint under our complaints handling procedure which can be viewed here. Formal complaints can be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending a letter to our usual address.
